Soil Amendments and Fertilizer
  1. Bulk organic material, e.g. wood residuelor rice hulls, pH of 5.5 to 6.5; salinity of 3.0; organic matter more than 90% (dry weight basis); nitrolized with nitrogen content of 0.5 to 0.8
  2. Gypsum shall be commercially processed and packaged with a minimum 89% grade containing 14% combined sulfur.
  3. Soil Conditioner, granular, Tri-C Humate, shall contain 40% humic acids.
  4. Soil conditioner/fertilizer shall be granular Tri-C 6-2-4, with 20% Humic acids. It shall be free flowing, suitable for application with approved equipment, and shall contain the minimum available percentages:
  5. Nitrogen 6.00%
  6. Phosphorus 2.00%
  7. Potassium 4.00%
  8. Humic Acids 20.00%
  9. Sulfer 5.00%
  10. Fertilizer (commercial) shall be a granular, free flowing, suitable for application with approved equipment, and shall contain the following minimum available percentages by weight of plant food:
  11. Nitrogen 6.00% Minimum
  12. Phosphorus 20.00% Minimum
  13. Potassium 20.00% Minimum
